These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Proliforge content-generation platform operated by Russell Clark ("Proliforge," "we," "us," or "our") at proliforge.com. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use Proliforge.
By accessing or using Proliforge you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Proliforge.
Proliforge is a professional content-generation platform that uses AI-powered systems — including the calibration engine, butterfly spawner, content mesh topology, and graduated forge cascade — to create interconnected, SEO-optimized content libraries for businesses. Our services include:
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@proliforge.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share accounts or use another person's account without permission.
Proliforge charges a one-time setup fee based on your selected page volume tier. Maintenance is an optional monthly add-on.

Setup fees are charged once at the start of service and are non-refundable except as specified in Section 5. Maintenance subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and may be cancelled at any time. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Prices are listed at www.proliforge.com/pricing and may change with 30 days' notice.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial on eligible plans. A valid payment method is required to start your trial. You will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it expires. Trial eligibility is limited to one per person or organization. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you have paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion for documented service outages exceeding 24 continuous hours or for billing errors. To request a refund, email support@proliforge.com within 30 days of the charge in question.
You agree not to use Proliforge to:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
You retain ownership of all content inputs, domain configurations, and brand assets you provide to Proliforge. All forged content pages produced by Proliforge for your account are owned by you upon delivery, subject to your subscription remaining in good standing.
Proliforge exclusively owns all rights to: the calibration engine, butterfly spawner, content mesh topology, graduated forge cascade, forge algorithms, platform architecture, software, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any ownership in Proliforge technology. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for generating content for your own business during your active subscription.
You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about Proliforge's systems, pricing structures, calibration methodology, or business operations that you learn through use of the platform. We will keep confidential your account data and business information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Proliforge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, organic traffic volumes, or business outcomes from forged content. Content performance depends on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, domain authority, and competitive landscape. Results vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proliforge's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall Proliforge be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Proliforge, Russell Clark, and their respective agents from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform in violation of these Terms; (b) content you publish using our services; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any inaccurate information you provide to us.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or for any reason with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your license to use Proliforge ends immediately. We will provide a 30-day window to export your forged content pages before deletion, except in cases of Terms violations or fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Tennessee under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in any class action proceeding.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Proliforge after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
