1 Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

• Account registration: name, email address, password (hashed), and billing details.
• Onboarding inputs: your domain, niche, target audience, and content calibration preferences.
• Support communications: messages you send to support@proliforge.com.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers.

Information Collected Automatically

• Log data: IP address (masked after 24 hours), browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps.
• Cookies and local storage: session tokens, preference flags, and anonymous visitor IDs for analytics.
• Usage telemetry: pages forged, calibration events, publish actions, and feature interactions — used to improve the platform.

2 How We Use Your Information

• Provision and operate your Proliforge account and content library.
• Process payments and send billing receipts.
• Send service communications: onboarding guides, weekly digest reports, and critical account notices.
• Improve and debug the calibration engine, butterfly spawner, and content mesh.
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

3 Sharing Your Information

We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Render — cloud infrastructure hosting. Render Privacy Policy.
• Postmark — transactional email delivery.
• Law enforcement — when required by valid legal process.

All third-party processors are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

4 Cookies

We use first-party cookies for:

• Authentication sessions (necessary — cannot be disabled).
• Anonymous visitor analytics (functional — can be disabled via browser settings).

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.

5 Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, then permanently delete it. Anonymized aggregate analytics data may be retained indefinitely. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6 Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive stored credentials, parameterized database queries, and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure — if you discover a vulnerability, please report it to support@proliforge.com.

7 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to certain processing activities.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@proliforge.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.

8 Children's Privacy

Proliforge is a professional business tool. Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately at support@proliforge.com and we will delete it.

9 International Users

Proliforge is operated from the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our services you consent to this transfer.

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Proliforge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
